Each verification is conducted by a third party, documented, and made available in unredacted form under standard confidentiality terms.
Public Record
The programme is linked to an operating alluvial gold-mining concession in Madre de Dios, Peru, held by Minerales San Hilario S.C.R.L. under INGEMMET licence 070011405. The concession, operator entity, and registration details are verifiable through Peruvian public records and supporting programme documentation.
Independent Audit
The concession has been reviewed in an independent Phase 1 scoping study (May 2025). The study characterises the deposit as a near-surface alluvial system and supports a conceptual exploration target across the concession area. This figure is conceptual and is not a declared mineral reserve or resource under any internationally recognised reporting code.
Code Verified
The relevant programme smart contracts have been reviewed by CertiK and PeckShield. Published reports cover contract architecture, finding status, administrative permissions, upgrade rights, pause functions, emergency controls, and other centralisation surfaces. Material code changes trigger re-audit under the programme's standing protocol.
Live Tracking
Participation-unit issuance, lock events, programme-fee allocations, and distribution events are recorded through a public Ethereum registry. PAXG outbound transfers from the programme contract can be independently inspected on-chain, with a verification guide available for participants and reviewers.
Self-Custody
Participant wallets are provisioned through TurnKey infrastructure and are designed as self-custody wallets.
Programme administrators do not hold participant private keys. Treasury-level custody arrangements, settlement flows, and control procedures are documented in the briefing data room.

Production numbers, plant utilisation, equipment status, and distribution-related updates are reported through periodic operational dispatches. Supporting production ledgers and source materials are maintained for review in the data room and are used to reconcile programme records with reported mining activity.
