They may be transferable between eligible users through the AYNI Marketplace and may be associated with variable production-linked reward mechanics under the applicable AYNI Terms. Rewards, value, liquidity and resale availability are not guaranteed and may be zero.
PHOEBE does not issue, deliver, transfer, custody, redeem or administer Gold Units, does not operate the Marketplace, and does not calculate or distribute rewards or PAXG. Product delivery, functionality, Marketplace operation, support, complaints, refunds and consumer rights remain the responsibility of AYNI TOKEN INC.
Marketplace transactions between users are separate transactions and are not processed or settled by PHOEBE.
